I took this pic last weekend. And between my father in laws cheezy smiles and funny comments, I managed to get a good pic of the two of them. Lift away Sue. lol The other is of my daughter and Sue. Gooey Louie

Yep, I know this is Gross. At our birthday dinner Dominik decided that he wasn't getting enough attention soooo he went to play in the dog bowl. Yes that is dog slobber. Can we say ewwwww? Sue already had her camera out and took the shot while I was sweeping in to sanitize the situation. I know there are worse things to come. I don't think I will ever be prepared lol.

Yesterday

I took this beauitful picture yesterday at my mother in laws house. She said she is running out of ideas for her photo a day blog. This is to show that you can get a number of photos just going to her house and taking pictures of all of her great things. As you can tell I love sepia tone pics. I tried it in black and white. It looks good that way too but I love this way. Her latice porch is the perfect back drop.

Im being published!!!

I know Ive already put this picture on here but... im being published in a book. This picture I entered in that contest and its in the finals for that and they want my picture to be in their book. Yeah!!!! im soooooo happy and exited and everything else. The book should be out this summer. ttfn

Butterflies and gardens

This is what the picture of that Butterfly should have looked like on my SB page. I got it at the perfect time when its wings were open and you could see all the colors. The other picture is of my hubby planting flowers with my daughter. I'm not a gardener by any means. So I leave the beauty of the yard to my husband. Now my daughter wants to play in the dirt too. lol They love it. I love the

fact that they are getting to spend time together. It warms my heart.

My first digital SB page

Yeah I did it. It took me all day but I did it. As I figure out more about Photo Shop I will get some better pages up too. I got some free brushes off this site so I have to credit them.

Food

The last few days I have gotten some great pictures of Dominik and his FOOD. Or as he calls it "num, nums" He finally got his first brownie batter spoon and loved every miniute of it. Of course after, he went straight to the bath. lol Last night you can tell what we had for dinner, pasta! Dominik loves pasta. Mike decided to give him some of the left over noodles to snack on while the rest of us

finished our dinners. It is so much fun to fling noodles all over the place. I have a Scrapbook page to share with you all but our photo shop wont let me save my edits. I think I will have to reinstall it. So mabie tomorow? Hopefully!? What did we ever do with out photo shop and computers? I tell you we musta been pretty bored. lol

Another from the park

Here is another from the park. I realy like this one too. I couldnt tell you what either of them are looking at. lol I am hoping to have a yard sale this weekend b4 Easter. My B-day is in 3 weeks and Mays Bday is in 3 1/2 weeks. Its time for me to clean out the old stuff. May and Dominik both need more room. I just hate having to go thru every thing. It reminds me how much stuff we have.

Okay I know its a little early to be saying Happy Easter, But I just couldn't help myself they just look too cute. Once again I love photo shop. lol I am working on some more pictures that I have taken. Ill post them soon. I entered a photo contest with A Walk In The Park. I would love to enter it in the fair. Mabie I could get Mike to enter it for me. You know the funny thing with pictures is to me at first you think you got nothing worth anything then you go and look thru them again and you find an amazing picture that you just love. Trust me its hard geting Dominik to sit still for even one min. I need a better camera with a faster shutter speed. I hate sutter lag. There is a big diffrence in one second, when it comes to taking pictures of kids. lol well im off to post another SB page. TTFN

Walk in the park

I have fallen in love with this picture. After I changed it to sepia tone. The colors in the sky just automaticly looked this way. It is so pretty. Right now it has to be my favorite picture. Well Ill post my other fave tomorow. The pictures in the park turned out realy well. I will just have to go back and get more. I can see this picture on a greeting card or on the wall of a Dr office. lol Its too bad that I know that they were fighting the whole time May was trying to hold on to Dom and He just tried to get away. Funny that from the back you cant even tell. Untill tomorow...

DIRT!!!

Okay this is my first pic posted now that we have DSL back. yeah!! Sue and I took the kids to a conservation park. perfect opp. to take pics of the kids. we got some pretty good ones. I was just bummed when my camera card said "Card Full" and I could have taken TONS more pics. But it was fun and only like 5 min from my house. Ill be sure to go back soon. More pics is always good. ttfn

Okay I just wanted to show every one that May takes okay pics too. this is the other side of what Sue took . not to bad for a beginner. Ill be able to upload alot more soon we are getting DSL this week talk to you all later.

Well May spent all day out side yesterday. She got some new out door toys. Had a great time. DJ did too. He played untill it was nap time. My computer has a virus on it and I am going to have to take all my pictures off the computer till I know its fixed. I realy dont want to loose them. So this will be my last pic for a little while I think. I hope Mike can get it fixed soon. This morning I had to restart the comp 4 times before I could get it to work. sucks ttyl

Spring is almost here

As the title says Spring is almost here. May is on her spring break this week. So a bit later today if every one can behave, We will dig up the sidewalk chalk, get out the bubbles, and have a little out door fun. It will be so nice to not be cooped up like we were all winter. The kids are ready to just have a good time. Since Dom is running around it makes it easier. He can join in on the fun. I took this pic here a few weeks ago, We were at a new restraunt eating lunch. Every moment is a photo opt. in my book. My daughter is soooo silly. She wants to pose for every pic but most of the time she looks like she is posing as a rabbit. More about that later. The other pic on here is the most recent I have of both of the kids. Its hard to get them to sit still together for 5 seconds. Im counting down the days till We go to cali 11 weeks 4 days. lol I cant wait. Vacation time here I come. (in another 11 weeks) As for count downs go... 6 weeks till May and My birthdays. My girl will be 6. we cant count it on a hand any more. lol She gets older so do I. with our bdays so close it makes it that much more real to me. It still shocks me that I have 2 kids lol when did that happen?

Reading time...

Its no secret. Mayali loves to read. In this picture it just shows how much Dominik wants to be like sissy. Im glad she is rubbing off on him in a good way too and not just teaching him bad habbits. They play in Mays room and when I go in there May is reading out loud to him and he is going thru her books like he wants to find which one he wants her to read next. They both need to learn a litle more respect for books. (Dom not ripping the pages out, May not coloring in them.) They are getting better, and their love of reading makes it hard to take any books away. I guess im glad that my love of reading is rubbing off on them too. Of course I think May will grow up to write books as well as read them. Its in her blood with me loving to write and Sue, a writer. Plus May wanted to read so bad that she was reading before she went to kindergarten. Not many kids can say that. My children are amazing.

Trying new things

Yeah for me!!! I figured out how to do the color thing on photo shop. This is an old pic of May But I liked how bright pink it was for this experiment. I will try to do some more and post them too. plus it took like 1 min to upload it. It just keeps getting better. I am officialy addicted to photo shop. lol. Hey mabie I can get myspace pictures to work now? Keep your fingers crossed. Thanks for letting me borrow my new fave thing Sue.

New backround

Well I figured out how to change the backrounds you just have to find a good free one lol. I like the Ice age guy but I think I might change it again soon. Its as simple as copy and paste. Ill try to put some pics up this week. Erin

Im posting.....

Alright ill update... lol It always takes me so long because I need extra time to upload the pictures. which takes me about 5-10 min per pic. With the one year old under foot, trying to push the key board buttons ect. It makes it challenging to get up from the computer and do something else to kill time. I will try to do it more often. On a side note any one who reads my myspace. I cant upload pics to it right now. Its a problem I've been working on but cant seem to get fixed. I have to get Mike to take a look at it. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Alright down to business. I think these pics are sooooo cute. This is Dominiks first time in the snow. He isn't really as scared as he looks. He really seemed to like it. He didn't get down and play with it. Just ran around and around. It was pretty funny. The other picture my friend thinks I should call it: "Hummm... The perfect murder weapon." May just has that look on her face like she is really thinking about that icicle. I realised that I really don't get to take many pics of May since shes at school all day long. Dominik is just a willing target all the time. By the way Sue I want a copy of that pic you have on your photo a day. This week will be a busy one for me. Hopefully the storm we are supposed to get wont slow things down. We have girl scouts and a Valentines Day party. I will try to post more soon. I have some pics to put on my computer. ttfn
